Kayanase succeeded in improving visitor services with a welcome area and new amenities, winterized yurts and a central fireplace. We paved the laneway, added two handicap parking spaces and installed a digital road sign for easier access and wayfinding.We successfully animated the attraction with the creation of a native plant gardening video series and a manual for culinary product offerings, and delivered an Indigenous food tasting event at the new outdoor kitchen.
